Accessibility
Statement.

DSM Concrete Pros is committed to making https://www.dsmconcretepros.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to align this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C.

1. What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML structure with one main heading per page and a logical heading order
  • Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Descriptive alternative text on images that convey information
  • Form fields labeled with <label> elements tied to their inputs
  • Interactive icons and controls labeled with ARIA attributes
  • Keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
  • Color contrast tested against WCAG AA minimums for body and interface text
  • lang="en-US" declared so assistive tech announces content correctly
  • Mobile-responsive layout that reflows down to small viewports without horizontal scrolling
  • External links open with rel="noopener" to protect the originating window

2. Standards We Follow

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also consider relevant U.S. requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state law as guidance for ongoing improvements.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. Areas we are actively reviewing include third-party embeds (such as the contact form provider) and dynamically loaded content. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can address it.

4. Third-Party Content

This site relies on third-party services for form delivery (Formspree), hosting (Vercel), and font delivery (Google Fonts). The accessibility of those services is governed by their own policies and outside our direct control. We choose vendors with active accessibility programs.

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver. If you use an older browser or specialized assistive technology and run into an issue, let us know.

6. Reporting a Barrier or Requesting Help

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will respond within five business days:

Please describe the page URL, the issue you encountered, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We use this feedback to prioritize fixes.

7. Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site as we publish new content, run periodic audits against WCAG 2.1 AA, and address reported issues as part of our normal release process.

8. Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement from time to time as the site changes. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
