How long does a free estimate take? +

The on-site walk takes 15–45 minutes depending on scope. For most residential projects we are in and out in 20 minutes. The written quote turns around within 48 hours of the site visit.

Is the estimate truly free or is there a callback fee? +

Truly free. No site-visit fee, no callback fee, no obligation. We only charge for the work in a signed scope agreement.

What is in a DSM Concrete Pros written quote? +

Dimensions, mix design (PSI, air entrainment %, aggregate), reinforcement type and spec, joint plan, subgrade prep, finish, permit handling, cure protection, sealer notes, schedule window, and warranty terms. Everything you need to make an apples-to-apples comparison with other bidders.

How long is a written quote valid? +

Standard quotes are valid for 30 days. After that we may need to re-price for material or fuel changes — but most clients schedule within the window.
